copyright ownership rights

When someone uploads an image to this creativespark.art site does the site/owner(s) take all rights from the artist, do the artists automatically hand over their copyrights to the owners of this site? Are the artists required to give them to the site owners?

No, ntl. You never give up your copyrights on your images. You will always own them unless you exclusively sell them, which you should not do for less than a zillion dollars.
