Splat

In keeping with my abstract genre of paintings, I painted this one that I titled, "Splat". My wife told me that it is obscene, and a couple of ladies in my art club told me that it wouldn't appear quite as "obscene" if I had not painted the subject in a flesh color. I think they're correct!

So, as if taken from the "balloon statements" in a Superman Comic, "Biff", "Clank", and "Splat", are my most recent contributions to the world of abstract painting. I enjoyed painting each of them--(especially THIS ONE.). LOL

Marvelous execution IMHO!
Wonderful gradients/shadings.
The somewhat Dali "Persistence of Time " aspects of melting and drooping make the title in my mind "Drippy" or "Melting".
Wish I had this ability. I like it Bill.
