Following on from a record discussion that I can't find right now. I've use an A4 oil painting of abstract leaves and grass to test what, if anything, can safely go oer a 4 month old painting. Now: music and wine on grass.
The white marks are an oil pen. Black marks are an acrylic pen.The other marks are liquid acrylic.
The second image is another verson in liquid acrylics.

It will be interesting to see how the first test withstands light abrasion, like being rubbed with fingertips. Conventional wisdom says that liquid acrylic paint does not stick well to oils.

What a fun way to experiment with your supplies. Even if some combinations don’t work completely you might get some interesting textures that you’ll want to repeat.

that's what I started thinking about Dorra.it very thinly appled out of the tube oils on textured paper. Could be interesting results.
