No, you're right. It helps.. Weirdly I just thought of redoing it all rather than the eyes 🤦‍♀️ much better now. Glad you like scowl. ☺️

I seldom fix as doing it over helps in more ways. Experiment on the bad with adjustments and then move on to the new one with more information. Practice on smaller objects as well as full drawing. Little doodles of experimenting with shade and depth will carry over to your drawings. Have fun.

I think that's what I was thinking.. fresh perspective... Though it was a quick fix with the eyes this time. Yeh, I think that's a good idea. I will / am! ☺️

Not the best day health-wise today and then realised I hadn't drawn which might not have helped, so a quick one via Titatu Pencil on YT...

I discovered nadyart on YT today and am in love with her work.. so cute and beautiful. 👌 recommend checking her out. It's kind of what's in my head that I want to express (in my own way). Cute animals in their little nature worlds. 🌳🐿️🐇🐈🐾 I did a few draw alongs with her today.. Feeling more like an artist as I now have a tortillon (brilliant), precise eraser and various pencils now! 😂

Those are cute, Jade! I’m glad you found someone who has a style similar to what you are thinking of. You’ve come far with your portraits so it shows that you can do all kinds of drawings.

Thanks Donna 🙏 I appreciate that. I can see that good shading and layering is important with these drawings too. Excited! 😄

Thanks Wayne! 🙏 I'm keeping on with humans as well as the little furry ones... 🐈

Another cute one inspired by nadyart on YT for a card for my niece today...
