Jade, l haven't done any crochet for a long time but am doing knitting now. I have too much material occupying space so I knit it to clothes. Useful. Also, good entertainment for afternoons.
Ah, the lovely feet you added to Mr Strawberry is your trade mark .. I won't steal it ‍ but I definitely will paint my raspberry .
Didn't answer yet to your earlier question: my kitty is 11 yrs old now.

I imagine knitting is very relaxing like crochet. Our wardrobe is full of yarn much to husbands chagrin! It's a lovely way to switch off, I agree.
