Thanks Jane, that’s one of my very first cards I painted. I was trying to figure out how to make it look gold without having gold paint to use.

One more snowman to show. Painting from life. Oil on wood, 18x24 cm.

We have turned to a new day already. This is an oil painting on canvas paper (Fabriano Tela) which I cut to the size and form of the frame. Everything is miniature in this one including the frame so it's small. My cat is sitting there Christmas tree decorations all around her when decorating the tree. This is the first this small painting I've ever done. Photo is a little bit bad bc I took it when painting was wet.

What a sweet little miniature that is! Our pet portraits will always be dear to us. Cats love all the wrapping paper in boxes more than pet shop toys!

Felt better the last few days thank you. So I hope this means that I’m not going to get any sicker.
Today the sun is finally out, shining brightly. Lovely! It’s been a very grey December here.
