Pastels on paper

Used soft pastels, obviously did not do any blending and exaggerated color. Don't remember how long the poses were, but probably at least a couple hour sessions.

Terri, Perry, Ayin, Joe, Wayne, bethany, I thank you all.
Been in a bit of a funk lately. I’m not able to play guitar much at all anymore due to osteoarthritis in my thumb joints. It only gets worse and I’m feeling a gap in life.
Thankfully I can still draw and paint. There’s only a little pain when squeezing brushes with a rag to remove excess paint at the end of a session.
However, I dearly miss the guitar sessions making me despondent, not wanting to do much of anything.
 
I adopted the carnivore way of eating Patrick and my joint pain is gone, I've lost weight, my hair and fingernails are healthier, IBS and neuropathy from chemo are gone. Not recommending it to anyone but it bears researching. :giggle:
