Ned, your eggplant sketch came out really nice. I like the shine to it.

Jo, the way your friend makes the eggplant is similar to how I make it without the breadcrumbs. I make chicken parmesan without breading it too. I started doing it that way in Venice one year. We had no counter space and only two burners on the stove, so I had to make things a little easier when I was cooking. I didn't miss the breadcrumbs so I kept doing it that way...and Jerry doesn't mind.
