I haven't posted in a while because I don't have good photos of recent work, so here's an older one you might not have seen. Those of you who have visited the American west will catch the significance of the title. 18x24 oil on canvas. Comments welcome.

This is beautiful, Susan, and I'm glad you re-posted it because I missed it the first time around. The layers of the canyon look wonderful up close and make an interesting graded design from a distance: win win!

Laf, I should try working larger, you're right. I'm kinda stuck on 18x24 as a size that I can manage.

You might find that the freedom of a larger canvas will keep you going back otoh would the way you work suit a bigger size.Only one way to find out
