Thank you, Sanlynn.Vivien – lovely soft look to the Moth.
Penny – Oh, he looks so comfy. Well done on the little splashes of colour.
Federico – This little mouse and his surroundings are very well done. I really like the way you did the background.

An excellent sketch, Lesley. I love the colouring, too.View attachment 19166Here is my picture of this month . It was with graphite tints paints in a sketch book. It was done very quickly Friday evening. Will comment later on the pictures.
Lesley.
Excellent work, Anne.Viv, lovely moth. The pan pastels work well for getting those soft transitions of color on the wings.
Penny, I love your sleeping dog. You captured the pose so well. I like your use of color in the fur too.
Ricky, good job with the painting. You are getting better and better with the iArtBook and iPencil.
Federico, I love your little mouse. He is so adorable climbing over the fence.
EP, delightful sketches. I like your little touches of green in each one, it pulls them all together. My favorite is the sleeping dog.
It's not the 20th here yet but since others are posting...I'll borrow someone else's time zone.

Thank you very much, Patricia. I used mostly Polychromos as I have a lot of those, along with a couple of Luminance.Viv - I like the soft effect of your moth.
Penny - Lovely doggie - what kind of coloured pencils did you use ?
Ricky - Really nice paintings. They are all very good but my favourite is the snoozing doggie.
Federico - Lovely mouse. I agree with penny, you are very good with acrylics.
Eyepaint - Lovely collection of drawings .
Anne - Both of these are beautifully done. I like the little mouse's expression
and you've achieved a really nice effect with the ink on the hawkmoth.
Sanlyn - Beautiful doggie - lovely effect with the chalk.
Christel - Very nice cow. You're inspiring me to try painting on rocks.
JSparrow - Fantastic whimbrel ! - I really like the background too.
Lesley - Lovely doggie. What are graphite tints paints ? I don't think I've heard of them.
chaffee2 - Great interpretation of the whimbrel.
I haven't quite finished mine yet - but I'll finish it this afternoon and post it later tonight
along with the work in progress photo's that I've been taking.
If anyone else has work in progress photo's that they've taken - please
feel free to post them as well as details of the medium that you used
and any other comments and general chit-chat.
Cheers,
Patricia
So sweet, Kay. Well done! Here are the cute swallows, 6x9 watercolor and Brusho for the mud nest on Canson 140 lb cold press paper. A #1 rigger brush was used for the entire piece.
