I don't know. I clicked on it and other conversations are visible.

I had the same problem until I figured it out.

Click the little envelope on the top to bring up "Conversations."

At the bottom, there is a link to "Start a new conversation"

That will let you "PM" someone.

I think you click the little envelope at the top right of this page, enter the name of the recipient and start a conversation. Try that, Patricia.
