Fruit still-life on a pizza box

I cut out the top lid of our pizza box, and try some old casein paints that I have put away for many years on it.
About 8x8 inch. Thanks for looking.

Lovely job on your fruit on this repurposed surface. I've never worked in casein. Is it similar to watercolors or oils? Looks yummy enough to eat.

Thanks so much Joan. Casein is an ancient form of paint... close to gouache. I bought Shiva casein paints from the US. around 2001 to bring back to Thailand with me. I rarely use them... now I should get back to them more.

Nice use of a pizza box. I hope you enjoyed painting on the box as much as eating the pizza. what a great way not to waste anything,
