Thank you for that info. Good to know. I order on line so I never see the other stock.

Ok. Now I know .. it's not XL that is the either or .. it's Canson and yes, I have tried their canvas pad but didn't like it as it is not as stiff or heavy weight as the paper.

I missed the part about the Canson XL paper for oils so I’ll be looking for that. For now, I’m trying to use up a bunch of heavy watercolor paper but it’s nice to have options. This thread has been very helpful so thanks again for the effort, Wayne.
