Winter Barn

As it's winter over most of the northern half of the U.S. I thought I would stay with that theme. This is one I did of a barn that was on the way to a friend's house. It is 17 x 15 inches and done on 200# hot press water color paper. I use several brands of tube watercolor, Dick Blick and Grumbacher.

I really like how the buildlings, and the bits of snow in the trees, stand out against that lovely dark background. Lovely composotion too.
