Arty, well, I’d be happy to be sitting out under that starry sky any day! That has to be a mood!
Sno, you have been hanging out of the park! I just have to add a few more things of that last painting of yours.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️ You must be so proud of it. Did you keep that or was that a commission?
John, lovely tranquil landscape.

If you are speaking of the triptych, I sold it. Lady gave an extra $100 above what I asked. :giggle: And thank you, PB.

Yep, I meant that triptych. I also meant to say you were knocking it out of the park.
I think you deserved that extra hundred dollars!

Dogs are a love/hate relationship, often depending on who owns them. Love that painting Ayin. Talk about a narrative! LOL

Sorry this kind of breaks the rules here but this is sort of a multimedia? It's an aquarium I'm setting up and this is the first stage first pic of it I just completed today. It's a collection of local wood, sand and rocks and bought freshwater plants. In aqua scaping there are various styles. This is going to be a diorama, Indonesian wild style. There will be more plants and eventually fish and shrimp after the system becomes what they call "cycled" wherein bacteria and such are able to process the fish wastes.

The water is very cloudy right now and this will eventually clear. It should improve from here on out with some luck. Making this is very much like painting, with choosing materials and arranging them according to principles like forcing perspective by making close things large and far things small etc. Lot's of aesthetic decisions. Trying to also get the wild look like this could be a stream in the Amazon basin.

This is a thirty gallon aquarium, it's three feet wide. I bought it used so that part was cheap anyhow.

next, more multimedia

Oh, that’s really cool JOHN. I’ve seen what you were talking about. It’s just amazing what people do with their aquariums- the “landscapes styles“. And yes, there’s a whole process of getting the pH just right- water clean and able to handle fish waste. This will be great to show us as it really comes together. Thanks for sharing.
