Scavenger Hunt from Life - #168 - August 18 - 30

Ai, thanks!

Pine Cone, I am so glad to hear that things are OK for you. You have gone through so much. It is comforting to know that good things can happen with hope and prayer.((Hugs!))
Thanks so much for your comments about my spine. It sounds worse than it actually is. I am going to PT to help make my back and core stronger and safely stretch the muscles that seem to have been affected. I just have to take it a little easier than I normally do.

Jade, thanks for the healing thoughts and good wishes. Healing will take a little time and I'm not very patient.

Robin, thanks for hosting!

One last Procreate sketch for this hunt.

Pine Cone - Thank God. Will send prayers of thanks for those who helped you in your time of need.

Robin - 😎 Love the stack. The plus side is they are clean. My kitchen stack is usually the other side of the sink.

Joan - Empathy with the back. I have had sporadic back problems for about 50 years. Chiropractors usually fix me up and I do my exercises regularly for a while than slowly that fades until the next onset and I repeat the cycle. Been having new problems the last week and Sharon’s therapist recommended a book “Treat your own back” by Robin McKenzie. Lots of good info and exercises so far.

Keep sketching and learning
Fletch

Robin: Love your kitchen stacked items in green inks. So much fun and happiness in that one.
