This is an interior view of the oldest surviving building in the Sri Ramakrishna Math campus at Mylapore, Chennai. It is refered to as the "Old Temple" since a larger and newer one was built and is in use since 2000.
I sketched this on location, in 2013, with pen and ink in an A4 size sketchbook. The lady seen in this sketch is a dear friend who was also sketching the interior at the same time that I was.
