My Second Miniature

Once more, I've done a miniature oil painting, 5" x 7". This is not my best work, but I thought I"d post it anyway, just to get back into the practice of photographing my work, tweaking it in Photoshop, and posting it on this site.

How do you delete these bloody thumbnail photos that keep popping in?? Oh, nevermind......it's gone now.

I like the composition of this, there's a lovely sense of distance and a very inviting path. Love the contrast between the warm and cool colours too.

I think you've done a beautiful job, Bill. Miniatures are actually more difficult to paint than the larger ones, yet people think they should be for cheap just because they are small.
