Making glass non-glare once framed?

Is there any way to make ordinary glass into sort of non-glare or reduced glare without replacing it in a frame altogether? I have a couple of pieces I don't want to have to reglaze, but if there were a spray on or overlay treatment to reduce glare, that might be worth trying. Anybody know?

Krylon Cover Max is "acrylic crystal clear" and "non-yellowing" in clear and flat finish. Krylon also makes a Matte Finish. These are aerosol sprays. I use them both interchangeably on my finished acrylic paintings. If you can find a small pane of glass, try them on that first to see how it looks. Also, do it outside, the fumes are potent.

An old trick photographers use as a temporary measure to reduce distracting reflections, is to spray the glass lightly with hair spray. Perhaps there is a more permanent, purpose-made product for what you want to do.
