Today I decided to go a little larger .. the last month I have been doing all paint and scrape studies and from that I got this.
16 x 20 Oil On Panel Alla Prima Fr-Ultra-Mar-Blue, Perm-Rose, Indian Yellow, Titanium White.

Looking Good!
I find as you go larger it gets more challenging with brushwork and edges. Needing more variation in size of brushstroke and variation in edges.

Thank you Patrick .. yes it does but it all depends on the style you want to portray. Photo Realism calls for smaller brushes but stuff like the Group of Seven calls for bigger brushes
