One of my favourite colours is green jadeite from Daniel Smith. It's very different than anything else I paint with. You can really move around the particles with the brush, and use the strokes for describing volumes and shapes.

Nice.. reminds me of the oil combo of Ultramarine and Indian Yellow applied with a knife on white.
 
Cool. I guess it would flocculate very well? Those mineral pigments are cool for that reason. Flocculation is something special about watercolor

Thanks :) Yes, if I understand the term correctly it's exactly what this paint does. Not sure if it's useful for artist who paints realistic stuff. Maybe for some kinds of foliage.
 
You did some beautiful work with that pigment and I like your painting style very much!
