Yeah, pretty gross that a lot of the super high-end galleries in the art world operate like this. It does not surprise me. And even the not-so-high-end ones can be real snobs.

I've known some local gallerists who do not act like this at all. Obviously, their business model is to display and tout whatever sells too, but the elitism isn't necessarily there.

Was laughing at some of the jargon.
