Ha! Reminds me of my grandfather, who lived with us many years ago. (He came from England. Liverpool?) Every now and then he'd get a hankering for his special breakfast: bacon, fried eggs, fried tomatoes, toast, and (technically, since they were cooked in the frying pan) fried beans. Yummy!

Just had egg on toast for lunch, can never make my mind up whether it's Beans on toast or Egg on toast. Never had both but looking at those eggs, which you have captured perfectly, I know what I am having next time.
