Basic Onions

Thanks Margaret. She's built up quite a body of work over the last decade, as I remember she hardly painted oils. I prefer more painterly, but I always admired her technical ability.

Yes, I think most, if not all of those are pastel. I have never seen anyone with that kind of command of pastels. Boggles the mind.

Maybenartist, wonderful work, I love chiaroscuro (and effect of charcoal)and this is fantastic
but with 3d effect crayons exploded, that is, they look tangible, beautiful.
