Basic Onions

I got bored so drew some onions as a quick charcoal.

I decided to pastelize them, first layer. I'm just playing here, but enjoying doing something pertaining to art.

Yes I remember her. Particularly her bowl of sugar. It was almost TOO good. Doesn't detract from your onions though, plus you said that was just the first layer. Give 'em some nice highlights.

Thanks Margaret. She's built up quite a body of work over the last decade, as I remember she hardly painted oils. I prefer more painterly, but I always admired her technical ability.
