Have decided to do a series of WIPs of people I know well, from photographs. Quick, free flowing strokes, as much editing as I want-again quick free chouces, as in very little contemplation.

Of the 3 I did, one has a close resemblance. It is close up of coffee drinking daughter on a cold day.

Thanks Wayne. There is a story, but while I can sit and reflect and meditate and enjoy that. When I'm not there I like to be learning and doing.

I did some sketches of Robert, when he'd been working in the paddocks. Can't find them. This is early days of a portrait I'm working on, to reflect his love of our of doors activity.
