I haven't got any brushes apart from a toothbrush lol so I'll get one. Yes, I was impressed with the dissolving too. I used to like drawing this this kind of thing at school (oil pastels) so looking forward to trying more... Thanks for the tips
Hi Jade- I use the water soluble crayons for life drawing sessions (you can see my work over in the "human figure" forum) I use a waterbrush (Pentel brand are the best) in the sessions because I can't use brush and a water container in the crowded space.
Received a watercolor set I ordered. Unfortunately it was damaged... The packaging was tattered so I was expecting damages. The tin was dented (looked like someone ran over it...) so the wells were no longer useful. It also couldn't latch closed as a result. The second folding tray inside was dented and couldn't lay flat. And the tray that holds the pans was kind of rough as well. The paint pans were all fine, but I was kind of annoyed at the state of the tin. So I sent it back and requested a new one.
Hopefully it arrives in better shape.
