That's called Observer Affect , the practitioner is creating the spectral content . This video is also totally unrelated to the question ..This video offers no proof that an object reflects a wave-length of light !

I'm going to stop this argument now. Hermes can go in circles with the likes of you, obviously, because you need to be right about your theory. We don't "debate" science on this forum. We discuss art. The universe is filled with waves and particles, and this forum is no place to fight about all this stuff.
