Full disclosure…. I actually drew the dandelion a couple of weeks ago, but never got it posted. And it seemed lonely on the page, so I sketched a fallen leaf on the same page for the dandelion, so they could comfort each other.

Ai, I spent part of Friday and Saturday with an urban sketcher friend from Paris that I met at the symposiums.mShevweaps here taking a workshop. I took her to the art store that I sent you to with all the pigments. I still love that place. We did some nocturnal painting together.

Pine Cone, it is fun to try and capture things a little differently once in a while. I like that your dandelion and leaf have company on the page. Nicely done!

Almost the entiir building was a spiral. It took me two days to find this palazzo, but it was worth it. Someone from the staff came outside and asked if she could take a photo of me painting it.
