I'm working on being more spontaneous and quick, letting go of details and perfectionism. I thought a quick study would do the trick. Bernini's David (well the head anyway). White, black, raw umber.
Thanks. Well I'm very slow and trying to improve on that. My wife who I share the studio with is so productive and quick compared to me (although her work is not as realtistic). In my mind the more painting I get done the more I can evolve too. And it would be easier to fill a solo exhibition sometime in the future.
I also think its quite fun to loosen up
