Mary Ellen Mark (March, 20, 1940--May 25, 2015), one of my favorite photographers, was known for her photojournalism, documentary photography, and portraiture. She took compelling empathetic images, mostly in black and white, that documented the lives of marginalized people in the United States and other countries.

I thought so. It looked like him around the time of Apocalypse Now. I especially like that portrait and that of the guy with the elephant.
 
She sure captured the emotions of each situation. Good photographer to know when to pull the trigger.
