With a brush. Really, don't examine it too closely. I didn't even try to make the pattern match as it goes around the table. Thanks a lot for the nice comment.

Wow! That’s impressive, looks like lot of handiwork in all that lace. There’s a great deal of subtle value changes in it. Did you use glazing?

Thank you P. Barrie! This one was painted in acrylic so I prefer to call it layering, rather than glazing. I just paint, I never claim any sort of "technique".
