This is one of your best. It seems as if painting on location really does help you capture the spirit of the place. It must be so difficult to paint on the beach, as it usually so windy. I especially like the foliage texture, and the blend of complementary colors on the right tower. It really gives it a sense of "roundness" and depth.

In another thread, we had briefly discussed some Finnish series. We did see the first series of Morden i Sandhamn and enjoyed it. We are currently watching Sorjonen.

The Duncannon venue was great with hardly any wind.
