Coliro and Finetec?

Curious if anyone knows about these.

I recently stumbled across "Coliro Pearlcolors". They look similar to Finetec paints, but I'm not sure if they're related? On their website, it sounds like they might be associated. But when you look up Finetec, they're a separate website.

Does anyone know if these are made by the same company? And if so, are Finetec paints no longer made? I'm hoping this isn't the case, because I love the Finetec paints and would like to be able to restock my colors as I use them.

I've investigated as well, but cannot find a connection between the companies. Coliro is a German company that makes Pearlcolors in Germany, while Finetec paints are still made by the Dutch company Royal Talens, presumably in the Netherlands. Finetec paints are sold at an art shop near my home, so they are definitely still available.
