I will when I get the set and get around to it. Likely not until new year. Won't have the set before then and need time to try things.
BTW, I believe part of your issue may be the paper you're painting on, which appears textured, and part may be your limited use of water. I'm going to try it first on smoother paper. And looking at the YT vids, it appears that a combo of wetter techniques with dry is what gives it the range of results.

It is a re-used paper, I think water color, slightly textured.
