Hi Folks, this is an older drawing from earlier this year while I was still coming to grips with pastels. Rembrandts on Canson MT about 15x20cm.
Broom flower season on the sea cliffs in Croatia.

Hi Wayne, thanks. The hillsides up and down the coast were a blaze of yellow. Unfortunately I was even more a learnatic then than now as it was one of my first pastels... say no more but as you say, enjoy and learn.

MurrayG, I like soft distance in this painting. The sea is calling to jump in. Perfect front and middle grounds.
