Here is the deer, which I did for both Inktober and Animal Challenges. It is A5 on 95 lb Hahnemühle toned paper , various sized Sigma Micron pens and Derwent Inktense for color. It started off as just ink (boy, is that laborious!) and I decided to experiment with the Inktense, since it was either that or bin the effort.

Jade, I enjoyed your kangaroo. They eyes grab my attention. He has a wonderful expression. Your fur looks nice and soft. You did well capturing the pose of the bird. That can be a challenge.

Grapes, your goat is lovely. You could easily stop there. I'll be interested to see what you decide to do.

Wayne, I love your bird. Wonderful value contrasts that really make the bird pop.

Joy, I like your deer. I know what you mean about doing fur in ink. It feels as if you will never be done. Good finished drawing. The color sets it off well too.
