Again some exercises, any improvement?

I like to use colored pencils to outline my drawings and to outline the basic lines of the body shape after I've finished them. I don't just use a pencil.

Do you go to life-drawing sessions? There is nothing like drawing from the model in real time to improve drawing a human.

I haven't reached this stage yet. Maybe I will start drawing shadows and light and their reflection on the body. It seems difficult, but I will try.
