Again some exercises, any improvement?

I like to use colored pencils to outline my drawings and to outline the basic lines of the body shape after I've finished them. I don't just use a pencil.

I like these a lot- you are showing a good understanding of the anatomy of the figures.
Do you go to life-drawing sessions? There is nothing like drawing from the model in real time to improve drawing a human.

These show a solid grasp of surface anatomy and proportion. Perhaps next you might think of employing a variety of contour. Think of a contrast between heavy and light marks and how these can suggest form and space. Here is the master of all masters:
