Cheaper paper recommendations for CP drawing?

Hi all,

I bought a D and S 140gsm Hahnemuhle sketchbook for drawing but realising it's not great for colour pencils (or my arteza at least).. not a problem as I can use it for my graphite drawings.

I'm learning that I need 180gsm plus for CPs and also made for this format. Budget is a consideration.

I've found Canson 200gsm mixed media paper on eBay for for £8.00 for 50 sheets which seems like the best value I'll find possibly but thought I'd ask here in case anyone has any other recommendations? I'm just drawing for me (o for family) so doesn't need to be amazing quality but the hahnemuhle is clumping when layering in CP.

Cheers

Some of the Strathmore papers are nice. And they're reasonably priced. I've used quite a few of their papers and liked them.

Can't give much of an opinion on Canson. Haven't used a lot of their papers other than pastel papers. Though I've used their watercolor paper for colored pencil, and it seemed fine. :)
