We had a pug for several years. We adopted him from some friends who had to move to an apartment where no animals were allowed, and I had known Odin since he was a tiny little pug puppy. It was no hardship at all, we loved him.

I love your painting overall, Penny - great composition with all the dogs and a nice loose feel. But your really captured the funny head-tilt that is such a classic look of the mighty Pug, and it brought back a lot of memories. So thank you for that!

Ah! I’m very pleased Odin found you. They are little dogs with big personalities. i’m also pleased you like the picture. Thank you. They were dogs belonging to a friend of a friend, living in Wales, and I only had a photo to copy from.
