@Ellen Easton, when you started your post yesterday I immediately thought of the fabulous brushes I got on Amazon four years ago that turned out to be Fuumuui. They were listed as Golden Maple in the description (no longer in stock), and were only $16.99 USD. I wanted some travel brushes to take out on my patio to paint, and these are amazing quality, with metal holders, and fabulous tips. I like them a lot better than other non-travel brushes I have! So many items are poorly made now, it is thrilling to have something exceed one's expectations.
The links you posted were both for the brush set, even the palette link. If you are able please post another one or give the name or a screenshot of the palette. Now I am using a Portable Palette that I really like a lot. Here is a photo of my brushes, two are open.

@Joy I discovered I had posted two about the brushes by accident so I posted again and gave the right url for the palette a little further on in the thread. Sorry about putting the two urls about the brushes.
Speaking of the brushes, I tried the feather flat brush in the set of brushes and it's actually really great. I can't wait to use it more. The extended point brush I haven't tried yet but I did try extended point brushes by another company and I don't quite get the hang of them for some reason. I'll try the Fuumuui later today to see if it becomes more clear to me.

One question, are the brushes Kolinsky, squirrel or sythetic. I love their Kolinsky brushes, have a lot. But I didn't know about the double ended ones (not tempted though).
On the line of economic supplies: I just got three boxes of Roman Szmal Aquarius 5 full-pan starter sets from Artemiranda. At 13 € each now, I still find them great value for money, and as I enjoy color-mixing, love that they come with primaries, green and caput mortuum. Plus they fit inside a Barkley's (like Altoids) tin can and leave room for a small sponge and a Windsor and Newton tiny travel brush. Seems they are disappearing or becoming difficult to come by lately.

The brushes are synthetic. I have almost everything they make in real hair so I was a bit disappointed that these are synthetic but I got them anyway because of the fact that (1) I know Fuumuui only offers good products in general and (2) I loved that the brushes were done in different styles that I've not seen elsewhere, and certainly not in travel style brushes, like the extended tip, which I think is a brand new style. These brushes do perform really well even though they're synthetic.
The only disappointments I've ever had with Fuumuui products is the wooden folding palette they came out with awhile back. I found that it wouldn't work on my tripod because the little screw hole fitting is a hair too small. The other disappointment was that it didn't have holes in the palette that contained removable paint pans and that also were too small to fit the plastic pans you can buy empty. Other than that, it's beautifully made and beautifully finished. I tried the Lightwish version when it came out around the same time and it did fit my tripod but it isn't as beautifully made. It's not shabby, mind you, but Fuumuui just makes such beautiful wood palettes that I appreciate them a lot. and I treasure these brushes and palette I gave myself at Christmas. I wasn't disappointed with these things in terms of the work, which was beautiful, it was with the small screw hole and the fact I couldn't use regular paint pans.
This new palette is a work of art. I don't think the paints are artist quality but the colors are nice and intense and very quick and easy to pick up on your brush. And they can be swapped out with artist quality if you want, so what's not to love?

@Ellen Easton, apologies for not noticing that the thread was continued on the next page where you posted the corrected link. My brushes are not two ended. The feather flat is very similar to a comb or grainer brush; they look the same to me. They are great for animal hair, grass texture. I have one from Rosemary & Co. I wanted to get some more brushes from her - they are of fabulous quality and not overly expensive. The tariffs are driving up costs, and keeping abreast of the "regulations" is dizzying, so I don't even try! So I am waiting a bit until hopefully the de minimus exception will be reinstated.
The palette looks like a phenomenal deal for the price. It is not something I state often, but they could really charge a lot more for that. It would be an improvement if the videos demonstrate the feature and brushes more instead of showing the artist painting. One doesn't really expect high quality artists pigments in a set like that, and that was really the only criticism the ratings noted. Makes me wish that I really needed a palette.
