It must have something to do with church windows, to which I had been subjected to. He was famous for his stained glass window religious scenes. I never thought of having been influenced by his work but everything you see leaves an impression. This is dated 1965, maybe. I had called it the Angélus. I finished it and gave it to someone and his apartment caught on fire. The yellow dots are there because the photo was damaged by something, maybe rye whiskey.

The second Angélus is by François Millet. I am sure that you will be able to tell which one is which.

Alan Jackson: look at them boots... Vincent was quite drawn by Millet. It must have been his light.

Whiskey don't help the harmonica either. I like the boots. Wish it was finished for my view.
