I did this more than 10 years ago but never finished his head just did the first layer.
I intended to do several more layers of glazing but never got around to it..
The Winsor and Newton Griffin Oil Alkyds are fast drying [oil alkyds are much faster drying
drying than regular oil paints] - so a layer of glaze is possible each day. With regular oil paints, you'd probably
have to wait 6 months !!
