From where I stand, a chilly wind blows in from the diagonal tilted about 300 degrees westward. The weather has grown cold, and the world now holds a muted palette of hazy pastels. Normally, such dull pastel tones would appear only when fog settles, yet today the clouds have spread themselves thickly across the sky, veiling the sunlight from where I am, and giving the world a calm and subdued air.

Autumn has arrived, and reeds now blanket the park. The wind is light, making the tree leaves gently tremble. If the leaves of summer shone with yellow and light green, autumn now wears colours dimmed of sunlight — though in the places still touched by light, the leaves glimmer faintly in greenish hues. The leaves lying in shadow, deprived of sunlight, appear deep green. It feels almost like an illusion — as if the shadows on the ground without sunlight are revealing the contradictions of the world I see.

Some leaves, following the natural course of autumn, are withering and turning brown or orange, falling to the ground to be stepped on by passersby. The trees, trembling in the wind of autumn, rustle softly — a busureuk busureuk sound echoing through the air. Walking along the path lined with trees, the once-dim world suddenly opens up into a brighter, clearer space. As always, people run or jog past, exercising in the crisp air.

From a distance, the clouds stretch horizontally, yet on the left side the dense mass of cloud blocks the world. The muted tones blend together, producing an intensity of colour that reveals the world in its natural hues — a different essence from the vivid brilliance of summer. Because the air is cool, even the dogs walking with their owners have barely any dew on their noses. Today, yellow flowers appear often — both near and far.

The wooden planks beneath my feet, once uneven and irregular, now seem to have settled into a subtle rhythm. The sounds of passing scooters and bicycles, and the steady motion of people running, all feel ordered and calm. Just now, I looked toward the road — a few spots are still broken and uneven, a little dangerous perhaps, but not enough to cause serious trouble. Except for the occasional rattling sound, everything seems fine. After all, that rattle is simply part of what makes a car a car.

This is such a unique combination of drawing and poetic description. You really make us feel like we are there; falling leaves and distant clouds and wooden planks. Very nicely done!

Your writing and drawings definitely go hand in hand and provide knowledge of where you are and pull us into the scene. Mmmm, good.
