OMG! I did not know about her. She was doing Mondrian compositions a decade before he was. That is crazy. She was ahead of her time. Thank you for introducing me to her work. There's always so much to learn and so many people to still learn about, especially from the other genders that don't get recognized until many years after the fact. Her death was really sad, especially considering how they fled from the Nazis before things got too awful in France.

Yes, although I've always known about her and, of course, her husband, I wasn't aware of the extent of her contribution.
