Such an improvement, Heather! You definitely addressed your previous issues with the horizon, and you did a really nice job with those waves crashing around the base of the cliff.
I have no doubt that it looks different in person, but I agree with Sno that the blue horizon is a bit bright, compared with the rest of your palette. With oil pastels, you should be able to gently go over that line, even smudge it up a bit, since they stay workable for so long even with the fixative spray.
And I want to acknowledge that, in my opinion, you picked a challenging reference photo. There's a lot going on and those late evening colors - not easy!
