Rockin' Rockaway (xpost plein air)

Out in Pacifica, CA, at Rockaway Beach with the plein air group today. Fabulous weather and some great paintings.
First was an experiment in Neocolor that I'm not fond of. 9x12" on paper.

Second I'm happier with. Watercolor and ink on 10x7" Arches paper.

Both are nice, but I love that second one. The colors in it are just amazing

I like the composition in both, and the colours and rendering very much in the second one.
