Resizing artwork for posting online, from a device

And internet coverage /strength leaves a lot to be desired!
I thought I had an answer, sadly no. Have discovered small changes on a black and white image. Am now testing Snapseed. It allows resizing at different pixels.

How is the experiment going?
I use two tools on my (ancient) Android phone: SnapSeed for cropping, and ToolWiz for resizing. I find SnapSeed's crop tool to be a lot easier to use than ToolWiz's, and ToolWiz lets me resize by entering the horizontal or vertical dimension. Makes it a lot easier to limit the photo size to 600x800 pixels.

Haven't used ToolWiz, but will try it. Just using Snapseed and an online resizer, can't recall the address just now, that is working for the moment. I will look up and post as a comment.
