Iain 2 eyes. Messages 2,847 Jun 28, 2022 #9 Thanks you Donna, Terri, and CaliAnn! I guess I should have said that the little guy is an amphibian, a Palmate newt. This one had emerged from the pond, hence the shiny or slimey look. I happened upon this, an Iberian Lizard, in Porfugal.
